The Five C's

Have you ever taken an extra few minutes out of your day to praise Him? I believe we all have a testimony, of just how great He is, how faithful He is, and how committed He is. How loving, how gracious, how merciful He is. Right now, you may be thinking about all that you’ve been through. All He has brought you through. I say Amen to that since we know He is worthy! God speaks into our minds and give us direction, reminding us of who we are in Him.

Have you encouraged someone today to let them know God will get them through? There is nothing that is too hard for Him, nothing that is too big for Him, nothing that is too small for Him. Don’t pass up the opportunity to tell someone, “You’ll get through! You will triumph, you will overcome, yes you will!”

We will all go through some things - yes, there will be some trials. However, the Word gives us the five “C’s” to victory. Remember that:

• You’re CHOSEN
• You’re CONVINCED Jesus is who he says he is
• You’re CONNECTED to the power of the Holy Spirit
• You’re COMMITTED to the calls of Jesus Christ
• He gives us an expected CONCLUSION

We also have power. Because we are followers and disciples of Jesus, we have power. It’s dwelling on the inside of us; we have this power because we are connected to Jesus, and we have confessed Him as our Lord and Savior.
